Product Description
The Nickel Release Tester, also known as a Rotary Wear Tester, is an auxiliary instrument used to detect the degree of nickel release corrosion and wear.
Instrument Usage
The main purpose of the instrument is to assist in the detection of nickel releases in response to the latest EU standards for nickel releases.
Test Methods
To simulate the wear and tear of metal products in contact with human skin for two years, after soaking in artificial sweat under certain conditions for 7 days, together with the After 7 days of artificial sweat under certain conditions, the nickel content in the soaking solution was quantitatively analysed by atomic absorption spectrometry with a limit of 0.5μg/cm2/week.
