Test Principle
The testing process involves securely fixing one end of a sample onto the upper fixture and the other end onto the bottom fixture, setting the sample at an exact angle of 90°. The sample is then flexed at a predetermined speed and angle. After completing the specified number of flex cycles, the degree of sample damage is carefully assessed, revealing critical flexing resistance data.

Features
1. The upper fixtures are powered by a motor to perform a smooth reciprocating motion along a horizontal shaft. The downward movement angle is precisely set at 22.5° ± 0.5°.

2. Flexing cycles can be easily set, and the real-time display shows the actual number of cycles completed, ensuring transparent and accurate testing.

3. With an automatic stop feature, the counter ceases when the preset number of test cycles is reached, halting the machine effortlessly and enhancing user convenience.

4. Choose from either 12 or 24 working positions to suit your testing requirements, offering flexible options for diverse laboratory setups.

5. Includes a manual location function for added precision and control during sample setup.
