Test Principle
Secure one end of the sample to the upper fixture and the other to the bottom fixture, ensuring a precise 90°. Commence flexing the sample at a specified speed and angle, and after a predetermined number of cycles, assess the degree of damage to the sample.

1. The upper fixtures are motor-driven to perform a reciprocating motion along a horizontal axis, with a downward movement angle precisely set at 22.5° ± 0.5°.

2. The flexing cycle count is fully customizable, with real-time display of actual flexing times for immediate monitoring.

3. Equipped with an automatic stop feature, the counter ceases operation once the preset test cycles are completed, ensuring seamless efficiency.

4. Choose between 12 or 24 working positions to tailor the tester to your specific testing needs.

5. Includes a manual location function for precise sample positioning.
