The Precision Taber Abraser by Uts International Co., Ltd is expertly designed to accurately determine the wear resistance (including mass loss, thickness loss, and transmittance, etc.) of a diverse range of structures. From textiles, paper, and glass to metals, paints, plated surfaces, coated materials, leather, and rubber, this apparatus provides precise testing capabilities.

Test Principle
The test involves wearing the sample using a couple of abrasive wheels, with the specified load applied. As the sample rotates, the abrasive wheels are simultaneously driven to effectively wear the test sample.

Features
1. Designed for user convenience with easy operation. It includes a vacuum cleaner specifically equipped to efficiently collect abrasive dust.
2. The Taber Abraser offers versatility, enabling wear testing on various materials such as metal, glass, paper, textiles, paints, leather, plated surfaces, and coated materials.
3. Flexibility is key with the option of one or two working positions available for customer selection, catering to different testing needs.
4. Comes with a pre-installed 250-gram weight on the machine, and includes additional 250g & 750g weights as accessories to provide a range of 500g / 1000g for versatile testing applications.

1. We have professional production line and stuff whom can make a nice quality in a short time. Usually, within 5-25 days is ok, which is based on the stock status.

Q: Are you able to provide a ISO 17025 calibration certificate?
A: Yes, we generally provide two calibration certificates(optional).
• ISO 17025 certificate provided by a third party inspection company with charges.
• Calibration certificate provided by UTS without charges.

Q: Can you send report of fumigation report?
A: Our packing is composite board, not log, so it do not need fumigation treatment.
