This M024B ICI Mace Snag Tester is an essential tool for your textile quality checks, designed to be placed on a sturdy bench. This ensures the instrument's stability and minimizes any movement during operation, guaranteeing precise and reliable results.

Principle
Utilize the nail hammers, suspended by chains, to circumscribe the guide rod, gently positioning them onto the sample surfaces, which are intricately wrapped on the tumbler.

Once the tumbler has rotated at a constant speed for a specified number of cycles, carefully remove the samples. Place them in the pilling assessment box to compare against a rating card, determining their quality grade with precision.
