1. Dual-functionality: This versatile machine is tailored for both shrinkage testing and shrinkage force testing purposes.
2. The system boasts an intuitive touch screen interface for seamless human-machine interaction, allowing for direct input operations. The animated display showcases the system's current operational status, alongside real-time deformation, shrinkage force, temperature, and heating curves. Additionally, it features a real-time fault alarm function, providing prompt alarm information display.
3. Equipped with a temperature module for precise temperature collection and a built-in thermocouple for PID control, the system efficiently manages heater output. Users can effortlessly set heating temperatures and speeds via the touch screen, while simultaneously viewing temperature and heating curves.
4. With an LCD display, users can clearly view current test data. The system also offers robust data storage capabilities, enabling the retrieval and calculation of multiple test result sets.
5. PLC technology reads encoder signals from the measuring system, directly illustrating curves on the touch screen for real-time viewing and historical storage. It also processes pressure signals from the force measuring system, printing and displaying historical data. A micro-printer is included for printing shrinkage rate and force values alongside corresponding test curves.
