This Velcro fatigue tester is designed to do opening and closing test between both layers of various hook & loop fastener(magic tape). With memory function. Available to adjust balance adjustable block and loads to achieve adjusting pressure demands between samples.

Test Principle
To make magic tapes to do repeatedly peeling and fitting motion. After the specified test times of opened and closed, idler wheels crush onto samples by itself weight to make the samples stick each other uniformly, so as to measure its adhesive force and part of adhesive strength. Use tensile test machine(should be purchased additionally) to assess its peeling strength (AS) and shear strength (PA) after test.
