Produced in accordance with relevant standards , it is mainly used for testing the molten metal impact resistance of various fabrics and composite fabrics such as welding gloves and welding clothing that are used to prevent burns from molten metal splashes. It is widely used in special labor  protection  product  supervision  and  inspection  stations,  production  safety  science research institutes, product quality inspection institutes, welding gloves, and welding clothing manufacturers.

Feature
1. Oxygen and acetylene flow regulating devices can provide standard gas flow for welding nozzles.
2.  Oxygen  and  acetylene  pressure  regulating  devices  can  accurately  control  the  intake pressure to 250Kpa and 50Kpa.
3. Oxyacetylene welding torch is used to melt metal strips, and the welding nozzle diameter is ( 1.2±0. 1) mm.
4. Use a stepper motor to drive the metal strip, and the running speed of the metal strip can be set.
5. Melt drop guide mechanism, with high temperature anti-stick guide groove, the angle is 45 degrees.
6.  Fabric temperature sensor device, including refractory insulating rock wool support  block and armored platinum
Resistance, used to measure the temperature rise on the back of the specimen.
7. Counterweight copper hammer device, used to set fabric pre-tension 175g±0.5g .
8. Temperature rise data can be automatically recorded, and the number of molten drops can be recorded by the tester.
9. PLC touch screen operation control.
10. Different standards have different configurations, so the actual configuration shall prevail.
