Test Principle
In this advanced process, one end of the leather sample is securely fixed onto the upper fixture, while the opposite end is attached to the bottom fixture, ensuring a perfect 90°. The sample is then flexed at a precise speed and angle, and after a designated number of flex cycles, the sample's damage degree is meticulously assessed.

1. The cutting-edge upper fixtures are motor-driven to execute a smooth reciprocating motion along a horizontal axis, with a downward moving angle of 22.5° ± 0.5°.

2. Flexing cycles can be effortlessly set, with real-time display of actual flex cycles for enhanced monitoring.

3. Our intelligent counter halts counting upon reaching the preset test cycles, and the machine ceases operation automatically for user convenience.
