Test Principle
Begin by securing one end of the sample on the upper fixture and the other end on the bottom fixture, positioning the sample at a precise 90°. Initiate the flexing process at a specified speed and angle. Upon completing the prescribed number of flexing cycles, assess the sample's damage degree to ensure comprehensive quality evaluation.

1. The upper fixtures, powered by a motor, execute a controlled reciprocating motion along the horizontal shaft, with a downward moving angle set at 22.5° ± 0.5°.

2. Flexing cycles can be preset, and the real-time display keeps you informed of the actual flexing times as they occur.

3. The built-in counter halts at your designated test times, with the machine ceasing operation automatically, ensuring optimal efficiency.

4. Choose between 12 or 24 working positions, allowing for flexible and customizable testing options.

5. Includes a manual location function for precise control.
