The M024B ICI Mace Snag Tester is a precision instrument designed for stability and accuracy. It must be securely positioned on a robust bench to ensure both safety and minimal movement during operation, enhancing performance and reliability.

Principle
In this innovative process, the nail hammers, elegantly suspended by chains, navigate around the guide rod and gently rest upon the sample surfaces, which are intricately entangled on the tumbler for optimal testing conditions.

As the tumbler rotates at a precise, constant speed, and for a predetermined number of cycles, the samples are carefully assessed. Once removed, these samples are placed into a pilling assessment box and meticulously compared with a rating card to accurately determine their grade.
