Product Description

The magnetic bar type sample printing machine replaces the manual scraper scraping experiment with a magnetic bar pressurized squeegee. The pressure and running speed of the magnetic bar can be adjusted, which avoids the human error of traditional manual scraping and improves the matching degree of the sample and printed products. This machine has uniform magnetic force, high proofing accuracy, stable operation and good reproducibility. It is suitable for laboratory dye inspection, auxiliary experiment, single-color scraping sample or SO sample scraping process experiment.

Features
1. The countertop adopts imported printing belt, which has excellent flatness, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance.
2. The squeegee force and squeegee speed can be controlled, with good reproducibility, and avoiding man-made scraping errors.
3. The squeegee method adopts electromagnet to attract the squeegee roller to press and roll, the magnetic force can be adjusted in sections, and the magnetic force value can be displayed.
4. The magnetic table is controlled by the frequency converter, the running speed can be adjusted, and the speed value can be displayed.
5. The squeegee can be suspended in the middle, which is suitable for the squeegee experiment of different types of slurry in the same stroke.
6. For different fabrics and pastes, different specifications of magnetic rods can be selected.
7. The table has a screen positioning function to facilitate the positioning of the screen during the color printing process.
8. Equipped with Foma casters, which can adjust the equipment level, can be fixed and movable.
