M048B AATCC 201 Drying Rate Tester (Heated Plate Method), It is a fabric automatic drying rate testing instrument designed according to the requirements of American AATCC 201 test standard. It uses high-precision infrared temperature sensor, wind speed sensor and precision dripping device to automatically complete the testing of fabric drying time and drying rate.

1. High precision infrared temperature sensor is used to measure the surface temperature of the sample.
2, Full touch screen design, and computer control operation.
3, High precision wind speed sensor.
4. The dripping device adopts high-precision peristaltic pump to ensure more accurate liquid addition.
5, Adding liquid, hot plate temperature and other parameters can be set freely.
6, The test results include curves and data, can store multiple test data, and test results can be connected to the computer operation.
The way of filling liquid can be operated or automatic.

Test Principle
Under the condition of air flow at constant temperature and humidity condition, the dry rate of fabric which is absorbed specified water and contacts heating plate.
Simulated human body sweating, sweat in drying process on the fabric. Fabric is placed above the heating plate of the constant temperature of 37 °, drip 0.2 ml of water in the middle of the heating plate, dry the sample at wind speed of 1.5 m/s. .Instrument  test fabric changes of temperature by infrared temperature sensor. And check whether the fabric finish dry. The tested dry time will be confirmed the dry rate.
Before the test, need to adjust the indoor temperature and humidity to 21±1°C(70±2°F),65±2%RH
Deionized water or distilled water shall be used for the equipment.
Metal plate temperature stability in 37±1ºC, the airflow is 1.5±0.5 m/s, water 1 ml
