Test Principle
In this innovative testing process, a sample of specified dimensions is paired with a multi-fiber cloth and immersed in washing beakers. These beakers contain a washing solution heated to a precise temperature, along with steel balls that aid in the simulation of actual washing conditions. After a designated period of rotary washing, the sample is removed, dried, and then evaluated. The colorfastness is meticulously compared and graded using the Gray scale method, providing an accurate assessment of staining and ensuring consistent fabric quality.
