Test Principle
Secure one end of the sample in the upper fixture and the other end in the bottom fixture at a perfect 90°. Proceed to flex the sample at a predetermined speed and angle. After the designated number of flex cycles, evaluate the sample for any signs of damage.

Features
1. The upper fixtures are motor-driven to perform a precise reciprocating motion along a horizontal axis. They can move downward at an angle of 22.5° ± 0.5°.

2. Users can set the number of flexing cycles, with real-time display of the ongoing cycle count for monitoring.

3. The machine is equipped with an automatic counter that halts operation upon reaching the pre-set cycle count, ensuring accurate and efficient testing.

4. Choose between 12 or 24 working positions to suit your testing needs.

5. Includes a manual location function for enhanced user control and precision.
