Low temperature cold machine dedicated to testing the finished shoes, rubber, sole, synthetic leather, plastic shoes such as simulation of low temperature environment test in order to understand the demands of all kinds of materials or finished shoes to adapt to the cold climate or cold terrain area of the ability of the instrument are all made of SUS rust steel quality, can be equipped with a variety of different test fixture device, in order to achieve the different requirements of various test standard.
Advantage of designation
1.The test is conducted under minus 20-30 ºC, if conduct high temperature and low humidity, the lifetime of machine will be reduced to half.
2.Three flexing tests all need to run at about 100cpm, the machine is the heavy the better and stable.
3. The appearance of equipment will be baking varnished with beautiful appearance.
4. Touch screen control panel for easy operation.
5. H017D Horizontal type cooling flexing machine is designed standing at user side. Comparing with vertical type test chamber, It is easy and convenient to install samples on the flexing grips with proper space.
6.Below is the flexing grips on Vertical chamber. It is our other model for one or two types grips only. it is for comparing both chambers purpose. Vertical type chamber is not convenient for installing samples on grips if machine built in three types grips. Too narrow and limit space for operator operating.That is why we recommended for horizontal type chamber.Inconvenient to install samples. What we quoted is horizontal type chamber.

• Calibration certificate provided by UTS without charges.
Q: Can you send report of fumigation report?
A: Our packing is composite board, not log, so it do not need fumigation treatment.
