The dart impact tester is suitable for measuring the impact mass and energy of plastic film and sheet under free dart impact at a given height. Adopt automatic measurement mode and calculate the impact strength automatically, which is widely used in quality inspection and packaging enterprises.
Test Principle
At the beginning of the falling dart test, the test method was first selected to estimate an initial mass and △ m value.
If the first sample is damaged, apply pressure on the weight △ m to reduce the falling mass.
If the first sample is not broken, it shall be tested successively with a load △ m to increase the falling mass.
In conclusion, using weights to reduce or increase falling mass depends on whether the previous sample is damaged or not.
After the test of 20 samples, the total amount of damage (Marked as N) is calculated.
If N is equal to 10, the test is completed.
If N is less than 10, continue the test until N is equal to 10.
If N is greater than 10, continue the test until the total number of undamaged samples is equal to 10.
Finally, the system will automatically calculate the impact strength of the dart.
