Fabric coolness performance tester is the fabric and human skin contact after the fabric to the skin temperature stimulation in the human brain to form a judgement on the cold and warm. When the fabric and the skin contact instant, due to the existence of temperature difference, the fabric and the skin will occur between the heat exchange, so that the temperature of the skin to increase or decrease. The heat exchange between the fabric and the skin is mainly in the form of heat conduction, and the influence of heat radiation and natural convection inside the fabric is very small and negligible. Normally (except when the ambient temperature is higher than the skin temperature), the skin temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, so the fabric tends to lower the skin temperature after contact with the skin.
