This state-of-the-art machine simulates exposure to atmospheric nitrogen oxides, generated from the combustion of chemical butane gas or city gas, to deliver precise and reliable results.
Test Principle
At the heart of our testing process, the textile sample and control standard are simultaneously exposed to gas fumes until the control standard reaches the predetermined fading benchmark. The sample's color transition is meticulously assessed using a standardized gray sample card. Should the sample exhibit no color change post a test cycle, the test can be extended for a predefined number of cycles, ensuring consistency and accuracy in achieving the desired color transformation.
