Suitable for rubbing resistance of polyurethane coating materials, there are two kinds of pressure method and no pressure method.
The specimen is bent continuously, so that the bending part of the specimen is subjected to a series of gentle friction.Observe the wear condition of the sample visually.

Method A
The machine adopts pressing plate to apply force on the sample, through the rubbing action of pressing plate, the sample is damaged, so as to test the shear flexure and friction resistance of the coating of the sample.Suitable for materials with a flat surface, a rough surface coated with a thin layer of polyurethane.

Method B
The shear flexure and friction resistance of the coating material can also be determined after a certain number of times of friction are generated by simple contact between the surface of the sample without pressing plate.
This test may be performed on delivered products or on products that have been pretreated, such as wetting or accelerated aging.
