Product Parameters

 5.1 Conical heating components:

1. Conical rated power 5000 w heater, heat lose heat 0 ~ 100 kw/m2, center of radiation intensity of illumination and sample 50 mm * 50 mm range, the deviation is less than 2%, through special temperature controller to control the temperature during test, the cone control heating temperature within 2 degrees deviation, can effectively control the samples of test heat release worth cone change of thermal radiation.
2. The diameter of cone heating wire is 8mm, adopting imported high-temperature heating wire, the maximum temperature can be heated to 1100 degrees, and the maximum radiation value can be up to 120KW.
3. Cone shell is a professional mold integrated molding, the interior filled with heat-resistant insulation materials, can effectively control the heat radiation of cone high temperature products

5.2. Temperature control components:

1. Cone heating temperature controller adopts special high-temperature control type special temperature controller, SSR solid control circuit, accurately controls temperature fluctuation, temperature signal output module is directly connected with data collector, and the temperature data is transmitted to computer software in real time
2. All temperature thermocouples adopt American omega type K thermocouples with high temperature resistance, which can be used for a long time under the high temperature of 1200 degrees
3. Thermocouple diameter 1.5mm, measuring range up to 1300 degrees

5.3. Weighing load

1. HBM import load sensor
2. Weight range: 0-3000g measurement accuracy: 0.1g

5.4. Exhaust system

1. The exhaust fan is 1.5kw high-temperature resistance fan, equipped with a frequency conversion speed control controller. The exhaust flow can be adjusted freely from 0-50g/s, and the flow accuracy is 0.1g/s

Including: axial flow fan, 304 stainless steel exhaust pipe, diffusion plate, hood, gas sampling probe, differential pressure measurement probe, temperature measurement sensor, (imported thermocouple and imported differential pressure sensor) exhaust pipe, orifice flow meter and other components.

5.5. Gas sampling system

1. It includes annular sampler, particle filter, refrigerated well, air pump, water drying column, CO2 filter column and flow controller
2. Diaphragm pump: flow 33L/min

5.6 cold trap:

1. Self-developed and patented cold trap with temperature control of 0-5 degrees and equipped with inlet diaphragm sampling pump annular sampler shall be installed in the air inlet pipe 685 mm away from the hood of the set. There shall be 12 holes on the sampler to equalize air flow components.

5.7. Imported micro pressure differential sensor

1. The pressure difference between the two sides of the orifice plate at 350 mm above the fan was measured by the us SETRA pressure differential sensor, and the inner diameter of the orifice plate was 57mm + / - 1mm
2. Precision of the inlet differential pressure sensor was + / -1% FS, hysteresis + / -0.1% FS, and maximum linear pressure was 69Kpa
3. The temperature of the air flow is measured by the American OMEGA armored thermocouple with a diameter of 1.5mm closed joint. The thermocouple should be installed 100 mm above the orifice plate

5.8. Oxygen analyzer, carbon monoxide analyzer and carbon dioxide analyzer (in full compliance with the technical requirements of 1.2.3 1.2.4 2.2.4 in the supply requirements in chapter 5 of the bidding document)
