Test Principle
Secure one end of the test sample on the upper fixture and the other end on the bottom fixture, positioning the sample precisely at a 90°. Proceed by flexing the sample at a defined speed and angle. Conduct a thorough examination of the sample's damage state after completing the specified flex cycles.

Features
1. The upper fixtures are expertly motor-driven to perform a seamless reciprocating motion along a horizontal shaft. The downward moving angle is maintained at 22.5° ± 0.5°.

2. The flexing cycles can be easily programmed, with real-time display of actual flexing cycles for accurate monitoring.

3. The counter halts automatically upon reaching the preset number of test cycles, ensuring the machine ceases operation seamlessly.

4. Flexibility in testing with the option of choosing between 12 or 24 operational positions.

5. Equipped with a manual location function to enhance ease of use.
