T010 Toys Flammability Tester is to test the flammability property for children toys or toys materials. Including below:
1. Toys to be worn on the head: beards, moustaches, wigs etc. made from hair, pile or material with similar features; moulded and fabric masks; hoods, head-dresses etc.; flowing elements of 2. Toys to be worn on the head, but excluding paper novelty hats of the type usually supplied in party crackers;
3. Toy disguise costumes and toys intended to be worn by a child in play;
4. Toys intended to be entered by a child;
5. Soft-filled toys (animals and dolls etc.) with a piled surface or textile surface.

Test Principle
Install finished sample or material onto the corresponding fixture, use the specified flame to burn sample for a certain of time and record related data, such as burning time, burning speed, so as to assess its flammability property.

1. With the hand wheel with screw rod, the liquid level can be adjusted up and down to obtain the experimental results more accurately and conveniently.
2. High transparent acrylic cylinder, 600mm1000mm customizable.

Test Materials Range
Toys to be worn on the head

1. Beards, moustaches, wigs etc., made from hair, pile or material with similar features (e.g. free-hanging ribbons, paper or cloth strands etc.), which protrude more than or equal to 50 mm from the surface of the toy
2. Beards, moustaches, wigs etc. made from hair, pile or material with similar features (e.g. free-hanging ribbons, paper or cloth strands etc.), which protrude less than 50 mm from the surface of the toy
3. Full or partial moulded head masks
4. Flowing elements of toys to be worn on the head , hoods, head-dresses etc. and fabric masks which partially or fully cover the head

Toy disguise costumes and toys intended to be worn by a child in play.
1.  These include for example cowboy suits, nurses outfits etc. and long flowing capes etc.

Toys intended to be entered by a child
1.  Include for example toy tents, puppet theatres, wigwams and play tunnels.

Soft-filled toys (animals and dolls, etc.) with a piled or textile surface
1.  Soft-filled toys with a maximum dimension of 520 mm or less
2.  Soft-filled toys with a maximum dimension greater than 520 mm.

Q: Can you send report of fumigation report?
A: Our packing is composite board, not log, so it do not need fumigation treatment.
