To determine the impact resilience of solid rubber from measurement of the vertical rebound of a dropped mass. It is not applicable to the testing of cellular rubbers or coated fabrics.

Test Principle
Adjust the equipment level, and then lift the drop hammer  to a certain height, when place specimen, make the dropping point distance from specimen edge for above 14mm. Do not use the previous three times of testing results, record from fourth, fifth and sixth times rebound height and average.
