Feature

1. Fuzzy PID controller, temperature control precision fluctuation is small, with timing function, maximum setting time is 99 hours 59 minutes.
2. The wind tunnel system of forced convection can improve temperature response speed, improve temperature uniformity and reduce temperature fluctuation.
3. Door interior has a glass door, easy to observe, when the glass door open, breeze circulation and heating automatically stop, no temperature overheat.
4. Mirror stainless steel liner, electric heating pipe heating mode, heating speed, so that uniform heating box.
5. Independent temperature limit alarm system, if the temperature exceeds the limit, the system will be automatically interrupted to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accident.(optional)

Speed control of air circulation fan

1. Circulation fan speed can be automatically controlled. When the temperature in the box is at a constant temperature, the speed will be reduced, and the circulation wind speed will be adjusted to the wind speed suitable for cell growth, so as to avoid sample volatilization due to excessive air volume in the test process.

Modulo multisegment programmable controller (optional)

1. Multi-segment liquid crystal programmable controller, one screen display of multiple parameters, menu type operation interface, can simplify the complex test process, and truly realize automatic control and operation.
2. Parameters such as multi-section temperature, cyclic wind speed, time and heating rate can be set and programmed simultaneously, and gradient control of temperature rise can be carried out. Functions such as slow temperature rise from the initial temperature in the box can also be preset to start up automatically, standby and shutdown.
3. Can be preset as 7 groups of 63 steps, each group of 9 steps, each group of setting time 0 ~ 5999 minutes.

Data security function

1. Independent temperature limit alarm system, and audible and visual alarm alert operators to ensure safe operation without accidents.(optional)
2. High or low temperature and over temperature alarm.

UV sterilization system (optional)

1. Can be periodically sterilized inside the box, which can effectively kill floating bacteria in the air circulating in the box, thus effectively preventing pollution during cell culture.
