It is mainly used to determine the indentation hardness of porous elastic materials. It can measure the polyurethane sponge foam specimen to carry out the prescribed tests of national standards, and accurately measure the indentation hardness of sponge, foam and other materials. Also can be used for the seat foam has been produced (such as backrest, seat cushion foam, etc.) for the specified indentation hardness measurement, accurate
measurement of the seat of each foam pieces of the indentation hardness. Sponge foam compression stress test will be placed in the specimen between the upper and lower pressure plate, the upper pressure plate at a specified speed downward compression of a certain size of the specimen to the national standard requirements of the A method (B method, C method) of the specified degree of concavity, the load element will be induced on the pressure feedback to the controller to deal with and display, so as to measure sponge, foam and other specimens and other materials, such as the hardness of the material of the indentation.
