Our Advanced Taber 5135 Abraser is expertly crafted to evaluate the wear resistance characteristics such as mass loss, thickness loss, and transmittance across a diverse range of materials including textiles, paper, glass, metals, paints, plated surfaces, coated materials, leather, and rubber. This versatile testing instrument is essential for ensuring durability and quality.

Test Principle
The process involves wearing the sample using a set of abrasive wheels while applying a specified load. As the sample rotates, it simultaneously drives the abrasive wheels, providing a comprehensive wear test.

Test mode
In controlled pressure and wear motion conditions, the sample is subject to rotating friction. Positioned on the platform, the test sample rotates below two friction wheels on a vertical axis. Wear resistance is meticulously evaluated according to established standard methods.
