 Features
This testing machine has the function of preventing secondary impact and adopts AC servo system. It has fast hammer lifting speed, good positioning accuracy, high testing efficiency, small air resistance, and can automatically measure the height. The lifting height of the falling weight can be set arbitrarily, and the lifting height of the hammer is automatic. Calibration and impact hammer weight can be assembled with weights. The capture rate of the secondary impact prevention device is 100%. The V-shaped iron is adjusted to adapt to samples of different pipe diameters. The hammer body falls in free fall motion. It can be provided according to order requirements. The impact hammer body, hammer release device and secondary impact prevention device that meet other standards are realized by pneumatic transmission. Two test methods, pass-through method and gradient method, are applicable.
1.Use high-brightness (LED) digital tube to display real-time height;
2.The lifting height of the drop weight can be set arbitrarily, and the impact height can be from 50mm to 2000mm.
3.Set arbitrarily within the range (the capture rate of the anti-secondary impact device within this height range is 100%);
4.Automatic calibration of lifting height;
5.The impact hammer weight can be assembled with weights;
6.Capture rate of anti-secondary impact device: 100%;
7.The V-shaped iron is adjusted to adapt to pipes of different diameters and plate samples of different thicknesses.
8.The impact test of the helmet can be carried out after optional special accessories for the helmet;
9.The fall of the hammer body is a free fall motion (no friction is introduced);
10.Impact hammer bodies that meet other standards can be provided according to order requirements;
11.The anti-secondary impact device adopts pneumatic capture;
12.The sample room is connected to the laboratory, and the temperature is the same as the test environment temperature.
