The machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T6670-2008, and meets ASTM D3574 and ISO8307 test standards. At the same time, it conforms to the test method of SES N3296 for ethyl carbamate foam used in automobile seat. It is suitable for measuring the rebound energy of soft polyurethane foam. The instrument through the given diameter and quality of the steel ball in the specified height of the free fall on the foam sample, calculated the ball rebound height and steel ball drop height ratio of percentage both springback rate, with springback rate of foam elastic energy. The machine uses microprocessor to control, liquid crystal Chinese display, and can print test data. The machine has the characteristics of safety, reliability and high measurement precision.
