Test Principle
Cut specified size of sample from the sample fabrics to be tested, and seam it to be the specified size as pocket shape. And then fill a specified weight of down, feather or its mixtures into it, then seam it and make the opening ends to be the test cushion.
Mount both sides of cushions on the clamps of tester and fix them and conduct the specified test times. After test times reached, calculate the amount of down and feather penetrate through sample fabrics, so as to assess the fabric downproofness property.
