Compliant with ASTM D3574 and ISO8307 test standards, it also aligns with SES N3296 methods for evaluating ethyl carbamate foam in automobile seating. Tailored for soft polyurethane foam, this device measures the material's rebound energy through an innovative process. A steel ball of specified diameter and mass is allowed to free-fall from a predetermined height onto the foam sample. The resulting rebound height of the ball is calculated as a percentage of the drop, yielding the foam's elasticity rate. Equipped with a microprocessor control system, a Chinese liquid crystal display, and data printing capabilities, it offers unmatched safety, reliability, and precision in measurement.
