The Advanced Washing Fastness Tester is meticulously engineered to cater to the diverse needs of textile testing. It is exceptionally adept at determining the color fastness of a variety of textiles when subjected to washing, dry cleaning, and shrinkage processes. Furthermore, it serves as an invaluable tool in evaluating how dyes retain their vibrancy and integrity when washed, offering comprehensive insights into color fastness performance.
Test Principle
The testing procedure involves cutting the sample into a specified size and sewing it with a multifiber cloth. This assembly is then placed into washing beakers filled with washing liquor at a predefined temperature, along with steel balls. After undergoing a rotary wash for a preset duration, the multifiber cloth is removed and dried. Subsequently, the colorfastness grade is meticulously assessed by comparing it against the Gray scale for staining assessment, ensuring precise and reliable results.
