These samples are effortlessly mounted by hand on our precision test instrument, with no need for pre-softening. Utilizing the burning index, this innovative device provides a precise rating of fire performance. Please note, this advanced test is ideally suited for materials that don't melt or shrink upon exposure to flames.

Test Principle
With cutting-edge technology, the specimen is secured vertically within a robust frame, where a controlled flame is applied at its base. We meticulously record the maximum flame height achieved within a set duration, or alternatively, the time it takes for the flame tip to reach a predetermined height. Additionally, the air temperature within a strategically placed flue above the specimen is monitored. These comprehensive measurements culminate in the determination of the material's precise flammability index.
