Features
1.One machine for two purposes: shrinkage test, shrinkage force test.
2.The system adopts touch screen for man-machine dialogue, input operation directly on the interface. The system displays the working status of the system in the form of animation, as well as the real-time deformation curve and shrinkage force curve, temperature curve, heating curve and so on. The system is equipped with real-time fault alarm function and directly displays the alarm information.
3.Directly adopts the temperature module to collect the temperature, adopts the thermocouple built-in, and carries on the PID control to output the heater. And can be set on the touch screen heating temperature, heating speed, while displaying the temperature, heating curve and so on.
4.Through the LCD display, it can intuitively display the current test data, and at the same time provide data storage function, can query multiple sets of test results, and can be calculated for the test results;
5.PLC reads the code signal from the encoder measuring system, draws the curve directly on the touch screen, and can print and view the history storage; PLC reads the pressure signal from the force measuring system, draws the curve directly on the touch screen, and can print and view the history storage; micro-printer, prints the test shrinkage rate and shrinkage force two kinds of numerical values, and prints the test curve respectively.
