The test bench is mainly used for the compressive strength of cement and other building materials and the flexural test of cement. The machine consists of three major units: an electric host, a controller, and a computer control system. It can fully meet the requirements of GB/T17671-1999 "Cement Mortar" The requirements for the loading rate of the cement strength test in the Strength Test Method (ISO Method) provide a good solution to the closed-loop control of cement mortar loading. Equipped with necessary fixtures (fixtures), it can also perform constant-speed loading compressive strength tests on bricks, stones and other materials.
This testing machine adopts a double-column frame structure. The upper pressure plate is installed on the upper fixed beam, and the lower pressure plate loads the sample upward under the action of the driving screw. The motor control and transmission system are installed at the lower part of the main machine. The testing machine adopts a high-precision servo speed control system to control a high-precision, high-frequency response AC servo motor to drive a precision screw pair for testing. It can realize a wide range of test speed adjustment (0.01-50mm/min), and the test process is smooth and Efficient.
