Test Principle
Pressure on the sample by dropping the platen is applied to the filling material at a constant speed and after a stipulated time the level of the platen is noted. The massic volume is calculated with regard to the height and the known diameter of the graduated cylinder.

2. Unique filter ventilation design, automatic switch between blowing and absorbing positions, to ensure that the feather will not fly around, to prevent harmful to the operator's health.
3. The test speed of the machine can be set, suitable for different standards, and the drive structure adopts servo motor system to make the height accuracy of the unevenness more accurate.
4. Original zero setting system to ensure the accuracy of data.
5. High precision sensor, arm32-bit microprocessor, 16-bit A/D acquisition level of AD company, precise induction of the position of the pressure plate, accurate calculation of test results, applicable to multiple standards.
6. Automatic wind speed design system ensures that the down is in a natural fluffy state, so that the data measured each time has a good authenticity and reproducibility.
7. The test process is completed with one key, and there is no need to manually replace the test bucket and take the time.
8. Fully automatic test, no need to replace the test bucket manually.
