IULTCS & Veslic Leather Abrasion Tester This precision-engineered machine is expertly crafted to perform rub fastness tests on leather, plastic, and textile surfaces. It accurately measures the degree of surface marring or finish disturbance on leather and evaluates color transfer to wool felt. Versatile in its application, this machine supports both dry and wet abrasion testing methods.

Test Method
Under a specifically calibrated pressure, the sample is securely placed on the test surface and clamped to execute reciprocating abrasion; Subsequently, insert the wool felt at the end of the rubbing head and activate the tester. Upon completion of the test for predetermined cycles, visually inspect the changes in color and fading on the sample wool felt along with the discoloration of the wool felt. In scenarios of color transfer, the wool-felt rubbing pad is meticulously assessed using the precise grey scale for accurate evaluation.
