It expertly measures the extent of marring on leather surfaces or finishes, as well as the degree of color transfer to wool felt. Users can conduct both dry and wet abrasion tests, offering comprehensive insights.

Test Method
Under specially calibrated pressure, the sample is secured onto the test surface for enhanced precision to perform a consistent reciprocating abrasion; Next, insert the wool felt into the terminal end of the rubbing head, activate the sophisticated tester, andlet it perform its function. After the test concludes for the specified duration, visually inspect the color variation and sample wool felt fading, along with any potential discoloration of the wool felt. In instances of color transfer, the wool-felt rubbing pad is meticulously evaluated using the industry-standard grey scale.
