Features
1. The inner and outer walls of the box are treated with teflon coating, which can resist the corrosion of strong corrosive gases and greatly extend the service life of the box;
2. The box adopts the design of full door
3. Install auxiliary heating device on the outer wall of the cabin of the test box. The temperature inside the box can be set according to different standards, which can shorten the temperature balance time of the box.
4. The explosion-proof aluminum foil device is installed inside the box, which can reduce the personal risk of the tester in case of accident;
5. There is pressure relief opening on the top of the box, which is connected with the pressure regulating volumetric flask, and the pressure in the box can be automatically adjusted;
6. The top of the box and the bottom of the box are all equipped with cylinders that can move automatically for users to use.
7. Optional ASTM E662 radiation furnace device can provide 25KW/M2 thermal radiation output;
8. Optional equipped with ASTM E662 standard open flame burner, which can be tested with radiation furnace;
9. Provide air-cooled copper plate calorimeter, which can adjust its surface temperature using back cooling method during testing;
10. Equipped with ISO 5659-2/GB/T8323 radiation cone device, which can provide 50KW/M2 thermal radiation output;
11. Provide ISO 5659-2/GB/T8323 standard open flame burner, which can be tested with the radiation cone;
12. Provide the American MEDTHERM water cooling and heat flow meter (same as the cone calorimeter), which can be traced back to the American NIST metrology certificate.
13. It can be equipped with self-circulation cooling water source without external cooling water source, which is convenient for users to use;
14. Equipped with weighing device, capable of MOD smoke density test and thermal weightlessness test of materials;
15. The sensor range is 0-3000g, and the precision is 0.1g;
16. The switch between the radiation furnace and the radiation cone is all connected by aerial connector. Users only need to plug and unplug to complete the replacement between different standard test devices.
17. An optical darkbox is installed on the top of the box. The light source is accepted as a side-window photomultiplier tube, with s-4 frequency response, and the transmittance accuracy can reach 0.0001%.
18. In the darkbox, the rotary device of the wheel disc is installed, which can be automatically switched to Clear, Filter and Dark according to the change of smoke density;
19. ND2 neutral filter is installed in the darkbox, which is not only convenient for users to self-calibrate, but also can be used in the test to automatically switch gear;
20. The lower part of the box is the light source of incandescent lamp, which can provide uniform spot output;

A: Yes, we generally provide two calibration certificates(optional).
• ISO 17025 certificate provided by a third party inspection company with charges.
• Calibration certificate provided by UTS without charges.

Q: Can you send report of fumigation report?
A: Our packing is composite board, not log, so it do not need fumigation treatment.
